The Brief
Glasgow Tigers needed dependable, day-to-day marketing while pushing for growth ahead of their new season.
famjam was asked to increase social following, season ticket sales, merchandise revenue and organic reach, keep fans engaged around race weeks, and open new commercial relationships.
Our Approach
famjam started with a fan-first refresh, modernising the visual system and content style while keeping the Tigers’ core identity. New templates, match day communications and short-form video were rolled out across channels, supported by a consistent cadence around fixtures, rider stories and community features.
A PR-ready asset kit and outreach list primed media interest, including conversations with Go Radio. With channels aligned and coverage warming up, the campaign was set for focused pushes on season tickets, merchandise and key race days.

The Results
Season ticket rebooking reached 80%. Combined social reach increased by 42% and engagement by 68%. The club also recorded its highest single-race attendance in 14 years, reflecting stronger fan interest and more effective match week communications.
